This is how you can finally get the two rarest birds of the game. To get them you must live in New York City in the United States or have an Action Replay.
Lugia and Ho-Oh::
This is how you do it:::
First you gotta have the Mystery Gift.If you don't know how to get it go to the end of this cheat. Then get to any Nintendo stores AKA an Nintendo Event. Plug on your Wireless Adapter. Go to any PC there. Go on Mystery Gift, then Wonder News. Then click on Wireless Communication. The n go to any Pokemon Center in your game then to the 2nd floor. Talk to the man in the green hat. He will give you the MysteryTicket. Go to Vermillion City now. Talk to the sailor then he will take you to Navel Rock AKA Eight Island. Go left then down for Lugia. Go right then up for Ho-Oh.
