The Best PP Up (PP Max):

Hey I'm ChariZard, Blizzard and L-Q mixed up and I'm still the same person!!!:)

Go to Two Island. Go to that place where you get Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plant and Blast Burn. Then Surf South until you see a little square. Go to that little square. Use the Itemfinder HERE!!! Then you'll Dig up an PP Max!!!:)

Careful, use it only once. It put your move's PP to the Max!!! And here's the results if you put on some moves PP.
