An excellent training spot for psychic and flying is One Island, the place with 2 karate guys running. It has access to an easy heal spot(Ember Spa) and if you do it right, you can battle 10 lv ~55 pokemon. I got my Alakazam and Gengar from level 60 to level 90 in a few days.

There is another good training place which is resort gorgeous.It has alot of good trainers with high level pokemon [using a VS seeker] including a guy with a level 53 raticate and pidgeot.
