The first three Islands can be unlocked right after you beat the Cinnabar Island Gym Leader Blaine, Bill will ask you to meat his friend Celio, say yes and go with him. Once you're on 1 island visit island 2 and visit the Game Corner and help the man save Lostelle on Island 3 in Berry Forest. North on Island 2 is a woman who will teach an ultra powerful move to *your starter* and *your starter* only! The move tutor lives next to the game corner and teaches moves to pokemon for a mushroom! On Island 3 go north and defeat the baddies, after that talk to one of the victims for a full restore. keep going up and left to reach Berry Forest. When you reach the end of the maze you'll help her by getting rid of a Hypno(I caught it for fun). When your done with this you have access to the Islands from Vermillion City.
