Complete Z Battle mode and all sixty Maximum mode battles under the novice, hard, mania difficulty settings. Press Up, X, Down, Y, L, R, L, R, Start at the mode selection screen. Then, highlight any support character, hold R and press A to unlock Neko Majin Z.
