Get King Boo, Funky Kong, Todette, And Birdo, Etc.:

King Boo- Bet(first place) Star cup 50cc.

Funky Kong- I don't know if this is quite right but how I got him, do every time trial.

Todette- Same as ^

Birdo- Do 16 time trials

Rosalina- have a 'Super Mario Galaxy' save on your wii... better buy it.
