Cop V Soldier:

First get your awearness meter to yellow so cops and soldiers are searching for you. Next get the both of them in the same place (you can do this by picking up a cop/ soldier using PK). Lastly target the cop/ soldier using L1 and press protect and the cop/ soldier will shoot each other.
