Go to an area that has about seven fire holders surrounded by large walls. Go to the roof on the left side of the tower. Fly to it and hit it continuously. Eventually, near the tip of the roof, you will go through. Sometimes you can stay inside the building; other times you will go through the other side. When you land in the middle of the building, you can fly around inside. The floor will be white with some water. You cannot land, but can explore. It is very difficult to go through the roof.
