Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "config.cfg" file in the "playersprofiles[profile name]" directory in the game folder. Change the value of the "seta cheat_points" line. That value is the number of enemy Intel Pieces that have been found. Set it to "30" to unlock all cheat options.
