Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "hitman2.ini" file in the game folder. Locate the "DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms" entry and change it to "DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms". All levels will be marked as completed and a level selection menu will be unlocked.
