To get infinate countermeasures, pause the game and press 'y' three times, 'x' twice and 'z' twice. You will then hear a clicking sound and then you unpause it. Where you normally see the number of countermeasures you will see it has turned blue and has a '+' in. This represents that you have infinate countermeasures.
