How to get it: Climb the ladder behind the Windmill and step on the switch at the top to start the Windmill. Walk around the ramp and hop into one of the cars. When it gets to the other side, jump off and land on the balcony of the Picto Box shop. Enter the door, then crawl through the hole on the other side of the room. In the next room, take a picture of Lenzo and the lady, then show that picture to the gossipers near Zunari's shop.
