How To Fight Without A Weapon:

To fight without a weopon, L-target your opponent and hold your shield up. As the enemy attacks, it will eventually drop its weopon. Then go out of L-targeting mode, find the weopon, and pick it up. Attack the enemy until you drop it and repeat until the enemy dies.
