Wanted Level Free Enforcer:

To find an Enforcer without getting one through a Wanted Level, just get in trouble by the Staunton Police. Then, get in a police car and head around back towards the gate. When the gate opens, go around, and you'll find your free Enforcer! Have fun with it!! NOTE: You can either get arrested or find the Staunton Police Station or your own. Preferably the finding it on your own... Especially if you wanna save your weapons.
