When playing a normal match press start and go to side select(make sure your team has the ball).Select the other team, and get out of the start menu. Press and hold Z. Without letting go of Z, press start and switch back to your team. The opposing teams goalie should run after the ball which gives you an oppertunity to make easy long range goals.
