The cheapest and easiest way to raise your team's overall skill is to run a few practice activities each day. Although your players will progress at different rates, using the Lift or Scrimmage commands usually will add a skill point to at least one player. However, raising practice intensity may also increase the risk of injury. Do not practice too close to game time. Players will regain energy at a rate of 5% every three hours. Try to time your practices to allow all your starters to be at 100% at game time. Also consider recovery time when you choose your drills and set intensities.
