Infected Revive Incapacitated Survivors:

You can revive incapacitated survivors as an infected. Simply go up to the downed survivor and press the 'use' key. The infected name will appear on the survivor's screen as '[Name] is helping you ', the infected will not say anything but the survivor will still respond. Unconfirmed in L4D2.
