I know most of you had missed it as I never heard of it on any websites hosting "items" and "secrets" found in R.E.4. I’ll tell you where to find it. It’s just after the area where you first fought 'El Gigante', when you enter that area, on your right is a room with some handgun ammo and pesetas. When you move forward you'll see a sign board which means traps ahead. Don't worry, it’s the same you faced just after leaving the farm area where you need to repeatedly press 'X' to 'sprint' and then the 'action' button shown on the screen to 'dodge' from a huge rock tumbling behind you. Evade it to see a wooden walkway above water which is broken at many places. When you reach at the center of this area you'll notice a grenade lying on a bench in open on the walkway. After taking that grenade turn around and look up for a tree with a bird nest. Hit it with the hand gun to get an "Antique Pipe" which can be sold to the merchant for 10,000 pesetas.
