Get the Chinese Bladesong ship to full speed, then jump in behind the front gun. You should be able to slide back into the gunner's area in the front of the ship. Several attempts may be required, but if done fast enough it should work. Once inside you can go through the back wall. The only way to get out is to use the ladder on the other side of the gunner's area.
