Start a new game with a golden key and save. Add a second player with different profile. Repeat and it should say golden key available. Save game and quit. Go to the PlayStation main menu and go to Saved Data Utility. Delete only the player profile. Reload your save game. And it should come up saying you have 11 golden keys available.
