Use that dynamite on the cracked wall next to the dragon shrine where you got the lighting sword. The green necklace will be in the chest behind the wall. Equip it and you'll be able to see the first invisible chest of the game containing healing roots just next to the shrine. These chests are scattered throughout the game.
