Level 2 Hydraulic Glitch:

With level 2 hydraulics, drive up to a wall or another solid object such as a car. Make sure your car’s front bumper is touching it. Hold R1 and start moving the left analog stick up and down to activate your hydraulics. Keep doing this, and after just a couple seconds your car should leap into the air.
