When you go into Skingrad at night you`ll be approached by a Wood Elf who asks you to help him. Once you have followed all of the people he will ask you to kill all the suspicious ones. Get the note and give it to the nearest guard. He will then go to the Wood Elf and kill him. When he is dead get the house key from his body and go in his house. Take what you want but look in the waste basket there will be 800 gold. This is a much better way because you will also get 1 fame point and no bounty.
