On the multiplayer map checkout find some fire switches. Pull them. A door opens a bit. Take the fire extinguisher there. If you find a fire switch on fire use the fire extinguisher and put down the fire. A shopping thing will roll down the hall. Shoot the hat and a smoke grenade explodes. Have a good day.
