In multiplayer (you must be the host) press start and triangle to perform the lag switch. This will lag everyone in the server (the power of it will vary depending on your connection) during the lag switch you exit really quickly and try to get as many kills as possible before the lag ends. This glitch has been used to get outside of the map in zombies and multiplayer on certain maps. This also works in Mw3.
