When you gain access to Nam Cobanda Island, play thou the play sub-event. Yuri, Rita, Estellise, and Karol will gain a costume title. To start the sub-event, walk to the stage in the gymnasium and talk to he man standing there. Then, just watch the funny scene and gain the titles at the end.
