| Attribute Upgrading |
|
If you are having problems with the attribute upgrading of your Urb (the last of the three levels is actually quite annoying!), then hit on the A button (repeatedly) a little bit, and then press START, while continuing to press the A button, all the way till the Pause Menu pops up. you will notice that in the time tween you hit the START button and the Pause Menu shows, the time will slow down, allowing you to go to the top of the bar without breaking a sweat.

Once you are in your apartment go to the dumpster and click on it with x,and enter the following: y, y, x, x, b, blk, white and you should get rich automatically.
