| Bomb Squares |
| Bomb squares are larger squares that contain another dot inside. The inner dot will turn into a bomb that explodes after all the square-color dots are removed, eliminating any nearby dots. They are difficult to set up, and their explosions may ruin a pattern you had set up for a different area. They are most useful to collect extra dots when almost out of moves. |

| Power-ups |
There are two general power-ups that can be used.
Bomb: Eliminates certain dots on a level.
Extra life: Self-explanatory.
Five moves: Gives an additional five moves to the current level. |

| Special Dots |
As the game progresses, new dots will begin appearing.
Fire dots
Removed by dropping non-fire dots on top of them. The fire spreads and consumes nearby dots if not extinguished.
Ice blocks
Broken once they have had a dot removed from them three times (including dots removed by squares without touching the ice block) |
