To get the Special Card that allows you to allocate stat points yourself you simply select 'redraw' and watch where the card is shuffled to. Doing this will enable you to easily grab it on the second draw.
EXP and SP are earned by training. When you have accumulated sufficient EXP player levels will increase and the SP you earn can be used to learn skills.
These are earned by playing matches against another player's team in the PvP menu. You have five chances per day and you will be rewarded the Upgrade Stone on the 5th win.
