Berserk Difficulty

Successfully complete Story mode under the Violent difficulty setting. On the Berserk difficulty, all the red orbs dropped will heal your character (except for Annna).

Cleaning Your Sword

Clean your sword to do more damage. Once a sword is too bloody, it will do almost no damage.

Defeating Reiko

Fighting Reiko the second time may be tough because of her pesky clones that keeps on spawning. However, you can simply win this battle, as long as you have at least one Cure Gem and a Power Gem.

First, target the real Reiko (the one using a shotgun) then get close to her. Immediately use a Power Gem to increase your attack then use a Counter Stance (Press Y and B at the same time) to deal heavy damage to her. Since Counter Stance only consumes one HP block, you can do this as long as you want. The longer your HP, the better. Just keep activating it as quickly as you can. Aside from damaging her, this attack will also kill nearby clones.

Once she gets low on HP, she'll go on Rampage mode so make sure you heal yourself by then. Wait until she starts attacking before you attack her since she is invulnerable while "changing form"

Using the technique described above, the battle should last for a few seconds only.

Hard Difficulty

Successfully complete Story mode under the Normal difficulty setting.

Play As Annna

Successfully complete Chapter 4.

Quests

Complete the indicated task to satisfy the corresponding quest requirement. Note: They can be done under any difficulty setting and any stage that can fulfill that criteria.

Row 1
Use Y + B attack many times on enemies in a stage.
Clear all rooms of enemies.
Attain Berserk mode many times in a stage.
End a Boss stage in Berserk mode.

Row 2
End a Boss stage with 1 life ticker.
Kill a Boss with a 100% bloody sword.
Do 20 manual combo hits; does not need to hit enemies.
Kill 100 enemies in a row.

Row 3
Finish different stages without taking a hit (not even from Berserk mode).
End all Boss stages very quickly.
Do a long Cool (frame) combo (all hits have white flash and whoosh sound).
Punch hit 10 Mud Zombies without being hit.

Row 4
Achieve Violent combo rank many times in a stage.
Use X + A attacks many times in a stage (must have three flashing segments).
Enter Berserk mode from Cool (frame) combo hits.
Evade (without attacking) 10 to 30 enemy attacks without being hit.

Row 5
Use evade counter-attack to kill all Bosses.
Kill 100 enemies in mission 5.
Use X + A attack for Annna many times in a stage.
Clear Survival mode to stage 18, 36, and 56 (done three separate times).

Note: Completing the last two quests to the right in row 5 will unlock the six new wallpapers. The other quests will unlock hair, arm, top, bottom, and leg parts for Dresses Up mode.

Quick Level Up

Playing in survival mode will allow you to keep the experience and items you acquired and carry it over to the main game/story mode. You will also get bonus ratings even after dying in survival mode. Spend a few hours playing this mode to have an edge when tackling the story mode.

Reset Stats

Get all unlockables for a character to unlock her stat rest codes. The stats will be reset to zero and the points will be added to the "Point Get!" pool.

Reset Aya's Skill: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Up + D-pad Up at the main menu.
Reset Aya's Vitality: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Up + D-pad Right at the main menu.
Reset Aya's Power: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Up + D-pad Down at the main menu.
Reset Aya's Reach: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Up + D-pad Left at the main menu.
Reset Saki's Skill: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Right + D-pad Up at the main menu.
Reset Saki's Vitality: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Right + D-pad Right at the main menu.
Reset Saki's Power: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Right + D-pad Down at the main menu.
Reset Saki's Reach: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Right + D-pad Left at the main menu.
Reset Annna's Skill: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Down + D-pad Up at the main menu.
Reset Annna's Vitality: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Down + D-pad Right at the main menu.
Reset Annna's Power: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Down + D-pad Down at the main menu.
Reset Annna's Gun: Click and hold Right Analog-stick + Right Analog-stick Down + D-pad Left at the main menu.

Saki: Instant Kills

Saki use her Taijitsu to instantly kill mud zombies, dog zombies, giant zombies, regenerating zombies, Bosses, and other opponents. Press B to tackle the opponent, then press X (precise timing required) to execute your opponent.

Survival Mode

Successfully complete Story mode under the Normal difficulty setting.

View Mode

Successfully complete Story mode under the Normal difficulty setting. The Viewer gives you hints about what attacks the characters and enemies can do through their motions.

Violent Difficulty

Successfully complete Story mode under the Hard difficulty setting.

Wallpaper

Successfully complete Survival mode three times (stages 1 to 18, 1 to 36, or 1 to 56 each) to unlock a set of wallpaper. Press LB and RB at the title screen to switch wallpapers.

Saki's Wallpaper: Complete Rain of Bullets level 1.
Annna's Wallpaper: Complete Rain of Bullets level 2.
Reiko's Wallpaper: Complete Rain of Bullets level 3.
