The cheapest way to catch regirock, registeel, and regiice is by training a pokemon that knows false swipe to level 70 or more so you can lower there hp. to one. then buy alot of pokeballs 60 or more and use them to catch regirock, steel, ice. It will take a while but it works I caught all of them with pokeballs.
