First go and get the Tea from the lady on the 1st floor of the mansion in Celadon City and then go through one of the blocked off roadsand give the Tea to the Guard on duty there. Then go through the blocked off road and get to Saffron City. Go to the fighting dojo and beat everyone there including the Leader and you get to pick which POKeMON you want out of Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan!
