A Shiny Pokemon is what we calla Different color Pokemon than normal.
They are EXTREMELY RARE. Almost as rare as Deoxys, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi and Jirachi.
When you encounter one, they will be stars that wil circle them.
These Pokemon are one of the most searching Pokemon that Trainers are looking for.

You can find a Shiny Pokemon anywhere, anytime. You can also make one.

Is there an easier way? I don't think so. Exept is you use
GameWiz, GameShark or Action Replay.

Now if you breed a red Duskull and a Ditto togheter. You'll have
5% that you'll get one. But if you have a Shiny Ditto, you'll have 20% of chance that you'll get one.
