This is a special feature in Pokemon Emerald. In your Boxes, you can get Wallpapers, but in Emerald, you can get Special ones. You need to be a Pokemon Fan Club member. Go to they're website: www.pokemon.jp (Its japanese! Sorry all other races!) Input your ID and you'll get a name. Go to a house in Rustboro. Talk to the guy next to his Daughter. Talk to him. Write in the name that the site told you. He'll tell you bout the Special Box Papers!
