Prevent Latios/ Latias From Fleeing No. 2:

*If you didn't catch Latios or Latias the first time...*

If you didn't catch Latios or Latias the first time then fly to Pacifalog town using same party as before (See 'Prevent Latios/ Latias frm fleeing' no.1 (no.1 not included). No check the location of the ledgendery in your Poke'dex, if it is not *very* close to you then fly to Paifolog town again, and it will of moved again, keep on doing so and eventually it will be very near Pacifolog town surf in the direction of it's location(use repel)
