I'd recommend that you do this in creative mode because you'll take damage when you teleport through the walls. In the Nether look for a Nether fortress. When you find one, pursue the hallways inside Nether Fortress until you find a Nether rack wall that you can't get through. Next walk hug the wall (get super close to the wall) and throw an ender pearl rapidly. Blocks will cover your screen but keep doing it. When you do this you'll teleport outside the Nether Fortress look for a Nether rack wall and hug and rapidly throw ender pearls until you enter a void with bedrock of a floor.
