If you are having trouble facing Knights on legendary or with the tough luck skull on you probably find it very hard next to impossible. An easy way to defeat them is by hitting them in their weak spot. Their weak spot is their back; it will take 2-3 solid hits to kill a Knight. If not it will most likely take about a full assault rifle ammo and possibly your secondary weapon exhausting all your ammo. Grenades have little effect on Knights as well.
