For stalkers the best thing to do is a headshot best done with the magnum or DNR. For Knights it is recommended to take out the flying enemies before taking on the Knights. The reason being when damaged they will fold up and fly away to recover. When fully healed they will regenerate the Knights and Stalkers shields over and over making it very difficult to kill them. The Knights uncommonly known weakness is hitting them in their back grenades and weapons have little to know effect on their front side.
