Warning: it is a very complex glitch. If you fail, you can't blame me.
To do the glitch you'll need Haku, after you unlocked him go to versus (or training) mode. After you selected Haku and the character you wanna fight pick a stage. When you do that you'll want to be right in front of your enemy. After that you'll want to do your right and left combo. In the middle of the combo you'll want to press triangle x back right when Haku brings up the DNA ice sculpture. Then if you triangle x backed at the right time your opponent will be in a glitch where you can't hit him/her. I discovered this while fighting rock-lee on super hard.
