If you want to change Rotom's forms go to Shopping Mall 9 to the bottom floor. Go in to the room on the right and talk to the man straight ahead. He says he has all kinds of machines but no one will buy them. After that make sure Rotom is on your team and press A. when you get near the boxes it will say “Rotom is reacting to the machines”. Press yes when it says to let Rotom hack into the machines. There you go you got a new Rotom.
