In the Major cities, there are obviously guards. I prefer to do this in bruma.
Get the guards on you, but for something small, just smack one with an axe or so. Run around until a lot more guards start to chase you. Go to a corner and let the guards surround you. Keep your back to the corner, like where the city gate is, for example.
Equip a shield, and let them start hitting you, while blocking.
Make sure you have health potions and repair hammers in your bag, and you can do it for as long as you want, as the bounty will still be low. If you want to stop, just block and talk to the guards and 'pay gold'. |
