Easy Weapons-armour-scrolls-potions = Depending On Your Level:

Head to Bruma, and enter the shop 'Hammer and axe' preferably when it's open. Go under the stairs, there should be a cupboard. It's hidden in the darkness so the shop keeper can't see you. Open the cupboard. There should be a number of Weapons: Armour, scroll and potions, 5 bear pelts and a number of repair hammers. Take them. It's a good place to go when you've just started the game and you need to make money. You need to join the thieves guild to sell it, though.
