You can find owner points by going into your dog info and tap your dog. It should tell what your dog is like and how many owner points you have. It can also show you how many owner points you have when you look at the cat info but cats and dogs owner points can be different as one dog could have 1110 owner points and the cat could have 242 owner points and you can raise your pets owner points by:
feeding
playing
stroking
teaching
walking (dogs only)
entering competitions (dogs only)
bathing
giving your pets water or milk often
