Recruit Lance:

In the mission of recruiting Lance from the graveyard first get into the shed where lance is kept. Talk to him and then kill all the gang members in the shed. Crouch and take a sniper to kill the two persons on the bulldozer. After killing all the gang members spawn a rhino in the graveyard. If you get off the graveyard you will see a tank get into that tank and drop Lance at hospital.
