If you have played Morrowind's Bloodmoon expansion, then the word Uderfrykte will ring a bell, because on the island of Solstheim you meet Svenja and kill a monster called Uderfrykte. That Uderfrykte was the child of the monster i'm talking about now. To find it you should first find Aerin's camp, from the camp move north-northeast until you find the body of Andre Labouche. On his body is a letter that mentions a creature known as the "Horror of Dive Rock" (his daughter also mentions that he is very clumsy). Dive Rock is a pinnacle to the northeast. To get there try having high acrobatics (that is why the master trainer is in this area) , but if you don't then go back to camp and then go up around to the west side which you should be able to get up by jumping repeatedly and going forward/side-to-side. At the top make your way north to a rock-strewn gully, climb out of the west side a.s.a.p. Out here you'll find an abandoned campsite with a journal that tells about a man named Agnar, how he married Svenja and the fact that they quested to destroy the Uderfrykte Matron. While at the campsite walk to west overlook to get four map locations. Go back to the gully and go southeast in it until you find a shelf with Agnar's body. Very close by is the Matron herself with Svenja's bow and bodyparts inside of her. For an easy fight just have a powerful fire spell (ranged only), just try to avoid getting hit because if you're not correctly equipped then you will be hurt severely. One funny thing is, I was just jumping around looking for treasure when I found an axe lying on the that said "Agnar's" on it so I picked only to here a growl so I spun around while pulling my sword when I saw it (it is a humongous troll, I went into 3rd person after it died and angled the camera and it is 2x-3x bigger than people). The fight will be easy if you have good stuff ( I have a 2h sword called Shadowrend, a fully enchanted set of amber armor, the (previous) duke of mania's crown, an extremely high leveled Cruelty's Heart, a high leveled Ring of War, and a high leveled Ring of the Fox.). That setup gives me a 1-3 hit kill on almost any enemy, along with high skills. |
