Step 1: Commit murder, then find a bed and go to sleep. You will then be visited by a man named Lucien Lachance. Talk to him (or say nothing as this is an option).
Step 2: He will tell you to kill a man named Owen, once you get to the inn where he is staying sneak down to his room and go inside.
Step 3: Shut the door and sneak around the room for as long as you want as he will never wake up (even if you try to talk to him).
P.S.- After you kill him you need to sleep to talk to Lucien so just sleep in his bed. |
