This isn't a cheat but it is still cool. First get the wizards tower (its called Frostcrag Spire) and have high acrobatics (I have 100) go to the top (not the very very top where its always raining, but 1 level down) make sure you have full health (it also helps if you have the acrobat class and high health) and finally... jump.
