In story mode, go to ramone's, you'll find this ramp. Drive up the ramp slowly. when you get to the top, you'll see a cross, jump to the other side. Go to the dead end and you got 2000 points.

In the first city of cars you will asked to find briefings for her collections you will be needed this higher jump alot. Use the left analog: Down, Up and you will jump higher.
